At NexxaCart, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We work with our vendor RoposoClout to ensure quality products are delivered to you. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy will guide you.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please note: As we work with RoposoClout, the return address and shipping instructions will be shared with you once your return request is approved. Do not send any product back without contacting us first, as it will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order at the time of delivery and contact us immediately if:

The product is damaged, or

You received the wrong item.
We will work with our vendor to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Customised or personalised products (e.g., special orders, made-to-order items)

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, innerwear)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your existing item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our standard return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund request is approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for banks, UPI, or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund in your account.
