At NexxaCart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across India. Since we work with our vendor RoposoClout, shipping times and availability may vary depending on product type, vendor stock, and delivery location.
Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with tracking details when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Metro cities usually receive orders faster, while remote areas may take longer.

Please note that unexpected delays (e.g., courier issues, weather conditions, or vendor-side stock delays) may affect delivery timelines.
Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional service charge.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
